Made To Explore Warranty
We stand behind everything we make. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we will gladly accept the return of an unused product. Damage caused by wear and tear will happily be repaired at a reasonable charge. Any manufacturer defects will be refunded 100%.

Return Policy
You are welcome to return anything that was purchased from Murph’s—both new and sale items. We ask that all returns be made in a timely manner and that items be kept with tags attached in new condition. If your return is made more than one year after your purchase you will be refunded with Murph’s store credit.
To begin the return process:
Email Liam@murphsnh.com your name and order #, if available. Along with the reason why your returning your product.
From there we will email a shipping label to you which you can use to send the product back to Murph’s.
Finally a full refund will be returned to your card once the product is received by Murph’s.
Repair
We are happy to look at any Murph’s item that needs repair to see if it’s something we can fix. We don’t charge for most repairs, but really serious repairs (think full reconstruction) may be subject to a small repair fee.
Please make sure your item is clean before mailing it in or the item will be returned to you to wash.
There are a few ways to get your item repaired:
- Small holes or tears can be permanently fixed with gear patches. We recommend Tenacious Tape® gear repair patches.
- If in doubt email Liam@murphsnh.com a picture of your item you need repaired and we will advise the best course of action based on the damage.
We strive to bring your item back to like-new condition using similar fabric and hardware. In cases where we do not have the original materials available, the integrity of the product is our top priority. The color of the fabric used for the repair may not be an exact match, but we’ll do our best to find the closest match possible. If you choose to send in your repair for an evaluation, we ask that you cover the shipping cost. The repair work (in most cases) and the return shipping are covered by Murph’s.
Workmanship and Materials Warranty
We stand behind our products 100%. If there is any defects in the product you receive kindly email Liam@murphsnh.com and we will take a look and exchange the product for another or refund your money. This covers defects in either the material or the construction of the product, not general wear and tear from day to day use, or misuse of the product.
